Q&A Session
The 90 minute Q&A session is mandatory, and you’ll get a better understanding and an opportunity to ask questions.

Homebuyer Education
Homebuying is a unique process with a lot to learn, so we require attending a homebuyer education class with a participating educator.

Contact a Participating Lender
Contact one of our Participating Lenders to qualify for a mortgage and assist you with incentive selection.

Find Your Home
Find a home within the city limits of Atlanta to qualify for Invest Atlanta’s assistance programs. Then submit your offer and get a contract.

Close
Work with one of our participating closing attorneys to help the closing process flow smoothly.
Vine City Renaissance Initiative (VCRI)
Homebuyers that meet income qualifications and plan to stay 5+ years in their new Vine City home can get $20,000 towards down payment & closing costs.
ATL Home Renovation Advantage
Homebuyers that qualify and use a home renovation mortgage loan can receive $20,000 towards down payment & closing costs.
Intown Mortgage Assistance Program (IMAP)
Homebuyers that meet income qualifications can receive $20,000 towards down payment & closing costs.
Perry Bolton Mortgage Assistance Program
Qualifying homeowners can receive $10,000 or $20,000 when buying a home in the Perry Bolton Tax Allocation District.
